Oatstraw is an excellent daliy tonic for people who overexert themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. It also makes an excellent women's tonic and pregnancy tea. The tea is rich in minerals and trace nutrients including iron, calcium, magnesium, silica, phosphorus, chromium, and vitamins A, B, and C.
